06.02.2012 On 30 January 2012 a meeting of the NFEA Expert Council took place On 30 January 2012 an extended meeting of the NFEA Expert Council for Market Indices took place with the following decisions taken: 1.    To introduce, as of 1 March 2012, mandatory daily updates of the RoisFix contributor bank web-pages in the REUTERS system. 2.    To set the limit of non-submitted quotes in a given calendar month at 15%. 3.    To impose an obligation on the contributor banks to conclude "test" transactions with EBRD at the relevant request (within 30 minutes of the publication of the reference rate in the REUTERS systems, i.e. from 12.30 till 1.00 p.m. Moscow time for all calculation tenors, for an amount up to RUB 150 mln).    4.    To recommend that the RoisFix contributor banks conclude "test" transactions with each other on the terms similar to the transactions with EBRD.
